You are purchasing a product key, not a license. According to Microsoft’s license terms, the product key is intended for one-time activation. The period of use is unlimited as long as the product is used on the same device. There is no guarantee that the key will continue to work on the PC after a reformat, restart, or hardware change. Activation on multiple devices is prohibited by Microsoft’s terms of use. You can find the licence terms for your specific product on the Microsoft website. We sell legally acquired products from volume licences. OEM versions are marked accordingly and the software has been removed from all devices and storage locations or rendered unusable. You are entitled to download and install available improvements and updates from the manufacturer’s website. The requirements for the purchase of an ‘exhaustive copy of the program’ according to Art. 5 para. 1 of the 2009/24/EC directive are met. The product key enables the intended use of the computer program. Trading OEM versions without a hardware link is legal. We purchase CDs from manufacturers such as Dell, HP or Fujitsu with original licence keys at affordable prices. Performance and operation are identical to the retail version, but without Microsoft support. Names, terms and graphics may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Each key can only be activated once and comes from a volume key. Company and brand names and trademarks are used for identification purposes only. This is not a Microsoft licence, but a product key.

By purchasing the software, you expressly agree to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the revocation period. The right of revocation expires with the start of the execution of the contract. When using the key, the right of return is no longer applicable. In the event of an obligation to pay compensation, the purchase price paid shall apply. Product keys may not be resold after activation. Pursuant to Section 357, paragraph 3, sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), compensation may be claimed for any deterioration if attention has been drawn to the deterioration.

Cancellation policy (for digital content):

When purchasing digital content (e.g. activation keys), you can agree to the immediate execution of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires with the fulfilment. By purchasing immediately, you agree to the fulfilment of the contract and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal has expired.
